For three years in a row, CATCH has hosted My Red Said, a public awareness campaign designed to encourage conversations about mental health.
In 2023, My Red Said stations opened at the following schools, inviting students and staff to write a note of hope or compassion on a heart that will hang on a red ribbon.

• Glenbrook South H.S.
• Attea Middle Schol
• Field Middle School
• Maple School
• Northbrook Junior High
• Springman Junior High
• Wood Oaks Junior High
The Northbrook Public Library also hosted a My Red Said station.
We hope the display of hearts provided a starting point to talk about mental health, encouraging people to ask one another: What does your red say?
This project is possible thanks to a generous grant from Northfield Township.
